  • Defective/Damaged Goods: Products with manufacturing flaws or shipping damage.
  • Wrong Items Received: Discrepancies between ordered and delivered products.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized/personalized products (e.g., engraved jewelry).
  • Perishables  digital downloads (software, eBooks).
  • Intimate apparel/swimwear for hygiene reasons.

2. Time Frame

  • Standard Returns: 4 days from delivery date.

3. Condition Requirements

  • Tags/labels must remain attached.
  • No signs of wear, stains, or alterations.
  • Original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes, protective wraps) required.

6. Exceptions & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: 15% for opened electronics/software.
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customer-responsible unless error is company-side.
